Return & Refund Policy

Your Instant Replay is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

 

If you wish to cancel an order, please email louis@yourinstantreplay.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancellation can be done at any time prior to shipment. We'll issue a full refund according to your payment method within ten (10) business days from the date of cancellation.

 

If you receive your order damaged or defective, please email a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) to louis@yourinstantreplay.co.uk within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. Kindly provide as much information as possible concerning the item. Any product returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the defective item to us.

 

If you wish to return, exchange, or refund your purchase, send an email to louis@yourinstantreplay.co.uk regarding your concern and wait for further instructions. All purchases, including discounted items, follow our regular 30-day policy. We offer exchange, replacement, or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund according to your payment method within ten (10) business days from the date we receive the returned product(s) to the specified address below. We will refund you the cost of the product(s) but not the delivery charges.

 

Please be advised, however, that the item(s) cannot be exchanged, returned, and refunded if

 

  • the shirt has lost its tag;

  • the shirt has been worn, washed, or damaged; or

  • the shirt has been personalised (e.g., altered).

1. Send an email to louis@yourinstantreplay.co.uk regarding your concern and wait for further instructions.

2. Ensure the product(s) is in a securely wrapped parcel. The returns address is as follows:

3. Take your return to a post office or your carrier of choice. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ask the post office or courier for proof of posting or payment. You should retain this until you receive your refund. We can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with proof of posting or payment.
